Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A 30-day notice or more, prior to arrival date, is required for all non-holiday season cancellations, in order to refund any portion of payments. The reservation becomes non-refundable should a cancellation be made less than 30 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation of fee of two nights rate. A 60-day notice, prior to arrival date, is required for all holiday season cancellations, in order to refund any portion of payments. The reservation becomes non-refundable should a cancellation be made less than 60 days prior to arrival date. Holiday Season cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation of fee of two nights rate.

In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, all payments will be forfeited by the guest.
