FAQ

How far in advance should I reserve my airport shuttle?

We recommend booking airport transportation as soon as you have your flight information. Winter in Steamboat is our busy season and as a private shuttle service, we book out weeks in advance. Waiting until the day of or day before your flight for transportation to the airport, you’ll likely have a difficult time finding an available shuttle service.

How do I find my driver?

We’ll track your incoming flight so we can greet you when you arrive. Deplaning and claiming your baggage takes about 20 minutes. If you have ski/board gear checked that can take an additional 10 minutes.  We’ll help gather your baggage and shuttle it to the vehicle so we can get you to your destination.

What if my flight is delayed?

We’ll track your incoming flight so we are aware of your arrival time.  While we strive to provide prompt private shuttle service, we acknowledge that flight delays are beyond your control. If your flight is delayed by more than 45 minutes, please understand that, due to limited vehicles, there might be a slight delay in your transportation.

Are gratuities included in the price?

No.  Gratuities are not included, however they are appreciated.


Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Large groups greater than 3 bookings are subject to a 20% cancelation fee at anytime after the booking is paid. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of Steamboat Transportation cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event a customer needs to rebook within 24 hours due to circumstances beyond the control of Steamboat Transportation, we will do our best to rebook to accommodate the request. If the customer decides to make alternate accommodations for the booking there will be no refund for the booking. No-shows will be charged the full price with no refund.
