FAQ

How far in advance should I reserve my shuttle?

You can book as early as 48 hours in advance.  However, we recommend booking transportation as soon as you have your dates.  Winter in Steamboat is our busy season and as a private shuttle service, we book out weeks in advance. Waiting until the day of or day before your special event (such as a wedding), you might have a difficult time finding an available shuttle service.

Do you offer shuttle rides for weddings?

Yes!  We can get you to and from your wedding reception easily and comfortably.  Schedule your group as early as possible, especially in winter time.

What if my flight is delayed?

Your journey matters to us! While we strive to provide prompt private shuttle service, we acknowledge that flight delays are beyond your control. If your flight is delayed by more than 45 minutes, please understand that, due to limited vehicles, there might be a slight delay in your transportation. Rest assured; we are committed to doing our absolute best to get you to Steamboat as swiftly as possible. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Are gratuities included in the price?

No.  Gratuities are not included, however they are appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the opportunity to rebook, or to receive a full refund or credit, by rebooking or cancelling their booking online with 48 hours notice. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
