Rafting on the Colorado River is one of the most spectacular ways to experience the Rocky Mountains. Our Colorado River rafting trips are family friendly and inviting to all. We offer half day, full day, and overnight experiences as well as the option to raft, kayak, or stand up paddleboard! Departing daily from the CRC Boathouse at Rancho del Rio, just about 40 minutes outside of Vail, Colorado, rafters immerse themselves in the heart-pounding rush of whitewater. We also offer guided inflatable kayak trips on the Colorado River.

Guided Rafting Trip | Half Day
Our Upper Colorado River raft trip is a family favorite! Mild and scenic, this fully guided adventure showcases the river’s pristine beauty, with ever-changing views of meadows, valleys, rolling ranch lands, and towering canyon walls.
A little lighter on the whitewater and heavy on the scenery join us on this iconic float down the mighty Colorado River! The diverse landscape also supports a variety of wildlife, so keep an eye out for bald eagles, deer, beaver, and bighorn sheep. With mostly gentle Class I-II rapids and some exciting Class III sections at higher flows, this trip offers something for every member of your family. Ages 5 and older (may vary with water flows).
Price: 3 – 3.5 hours: $105 per person ($95 for morning session)

Guided Rafting Trip | Full Day
For those looking for more time on the river our Upper Colorado River Full-Day trip offers mild Class I-II rapids, with occasional Class III rapids during higher water flows. This journey is perfect for the whole family, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Ages 5 and older (may vary with water flows).
Price: 6 hours: $185 per person | Ages 14+

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. We assess a 10% administrative fee for all cancellations
All activities are Rain or Shine. If CAG elects to cancel due to adverse or unsafe conditions prior to start time, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive a full refund. CAG reserves the right to shorten or reroute activity in the event of unmanageable hazards or inability of guest to complete the activity.
You may reschedule your guided adventure up to 48 HOURS in advance for a 10% administrative fee.
Please note that we charge the full price for no-shows.
