Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if a reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the reservation date / time. There will be no refunds nor rebooking for guests who no show or do not cancel 48 hours prior to their reservation date/time. There are no refunds nor rebooking for bad weather or rain under 48 hours prior to reservation date / time. Guests will receive a full refund/credit if Lake Estes cancels a reservation during a lightning storm or other unforeseen circumstances.

To cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to reservation date/time follow the steps below:

• Under “Booking Number and Rental Picture” on your reservation confirmation email, click the “Cancel Booking” link
• Then check the box next to “Cancel Booking”
