Guided MTB Rides

Colorado Adventure Guides logoGuided Mountain Bike Rides

Do you love riding bikes? So do we! We are here to take the guess-work out of your mountain bike adventure and show you some of our favorite rides. Half Day and Full Day options as well as instructional skills courses available.

Winter Park is an amazing mountain biking destination. From world-class downhill terrain in Trestle Bike Park to the amazing and pristine single-track trail systems around the towns of Winter Park and Fraser, this area of Colorado has excellent mountain biking options for varying skill levels and abilities. We are excited to offer guided half day and full day guided tours in the Idlewild and Corona trails systems and the Strawberry Creek trails.

Our guides are experienced riders and instructors who tailor each trip to your fitness level, skills, and interests. A half day or full-day ride is a great way to build confidence, cover more ground, and experience new terrain with an expert.

Whether you’re hoping to link classic singletrack loops, explore deeper into the mountains, or ride sections of the famous Colorado Trail, we’ll create the perfect day on the bike.

About our Mountain Bike Guided Rides

Mountain Biker along Lake Dillon in Breckenridge

With a full or half day on the bike, there’s time to reach bigger objectives and experience more of the trail network. Skip the guesswork of planning routes or navigating unfamiliar terrain.

We’ll meet at the CAG office or a convenient trailhead to gear up and get oriented for the day’s ride. From there, we’ll head out to explore some of our favorite local trails. Your guide will lead the way, choosing terrain that matches your ability and riding goals while sharing local knowledge along the way. Expect a mix of great singletrack, scenic views, and plenty of opportunities to stop, regroup, and take in the surroundings.

Along the ride, guides are happy to offer tips to help you ride more confidently and efficiently, but the focus of the day is simple: having a great time on the bike and experiencing some of the best trails in the area. We have one guide to every 5 guests.

Half day tours depart daily at 9am and 2pm. Full day tours start at 8am.

Check In: Your guide will call you to meet at either the trailhead or Colorado Adventure Guides | 204 Ryan Gulch Rd Silverthorne, CO 80498 (please arrive 30 minutes early)

Need a bike? We’re happy to help coordinate a rental so you’re ready to roll.
