Join Rope Wranglers for a free outdoor rock climbing orientation on Flagstaff Mountain overlooking Boulder.

This relaxed introduction is perfect for visitors, beginners, and curious gym climbers who want to experience real rock for the first time.

Participants will learn:

• How outdoor climbing works
• Proper gear fitting
• Safety systems used in climbing
• Knots & Belaying

No experience required.

Come meet local climbers, learn about Boulder’s iconic climbing areas, and discover how people actually climb the famous Flatirons.

All orientations take place on beautiful Flagstaff Mountain just minutes from downtown Boulder.
