Go up a half flight of stairs to the three bedrooms and bathrooms – 4 more steps lead to the loft with two queen beds and TV area. The three bedrooms consist of two suites with attached full bathrooms, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed.

The Mountain

This property is part of a 16-acre conservation easement that includes a large portion of Old Man Mountain. The mountain is an icon in Estes Park – visible from most places in town. An easy hike to the top renders picturesque vistas in all directions. The easement protects the wildlife habitat and nature of this historic rock which goes back 5000 years when Native Americans used it as a “vision quest” site.
