Riverpointe features eight beautiful units set directly along the tranquil banks of Fall River at the west end of downtown. This prime location blends peaceful riverfront scenery with easy access to shops, dining, and local attractions. Reserve one or multiple units for family reunions, corporate retreats, or a romantic getaway. Units 1 and 2 welcome pets, with a maximum of two pets per unit and a $30 fee per animal per stay.

Because the property sits close to the river, Riverpointe may not be suitable for families with small children. Guests should remain aware of their surroundings and monitor river conditions at all times. The property uses exterior security cameras only, and management reserves the right to cancel reservations when necessary.
