Ed’s Cantina & Grill

One of my favorite things to do after hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, is to come to Ed’s a crush a burrito and their avocado margarita! A family friendly location, Ed’s Cantina offers a creative Mexican menu with a focus on fresh.  There is a bar with tv’s for viewing sporting events, a dining room, and outdoor seating with a a seasonal river view and covered patio.

Ed’s Cantina & Grill does not take reservations, but check out the wait list here. If we are on a wait you can add yourself to the wait list. If there is no list we operate on a first come first serve basis.
