Blue Pecker’s Perch is a cozy, pet friendly house ideal for couples or a single traveler. A small space for a short stay or for outdoor lovers spending their time hiking the trails. It’s the perfect tiny spot for a quick stay or a romantic getaway with your better half, enjoying the view of the Lake Estes.

A close walk to restaurants and bars, including Avante Garde Aleworks and local shopping amenities such as the Dollar General, the local laundry mat and liquor store.

As you arrive to the property you will park at the gravel driveway. When you approach the cabin you will see a small outdoor dining area with your own grill. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from this side of the house. Once you enter you will see your full kitchen to your right, the dining table by the window, and in front of you is the TV in the living area and loveseat. To the left of the entrance is the path to the queen bedroom and the attached full bath. You will have plenty of storage space in the bedroom with the cabinets and drawers. This is a pet friendly cabin, so if you have allergies, please reconsider your booking. Proper sanitizing, wiping, dusting is always conducted after each check out. If you do bring your pet however, please be mindful and keep them off of furniture.

• A door access code will be sent to you prior to check in.
• There is a driveway for parking
• Off street parking is not permit.  If needed, you may use the property if you have additional vehicles.  We understand the driveway is a bit tight.

• A maximum of three dogs is permitted
• This is a pet friendly unit, so if you have allergies, this may not be the space for you.
• There is a maximum of two people included in the stay.
• To keep this a pet friendly property, we ask that you be respectful regarding your pets stay here.  Your pet fee covers cleaning, but does not cover property damage.
• We kindly ask that pets do not stay on any furniture or beds.
• Property does not have AC or ceiling fans. However, there are fans available to you.
