Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience | September 2 – 4, 2022
Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience is a community staple in the Roaring Fork Valley, known for its legendary and entertaining lineup. The Labor Day Experience is a 3-day open air, dance-oriented extravaganza of popular, R&B, rock, funk, blues, world, and soul music. The festival takes place at Snowmass Town Park, with the spectacular Elk Mountain Range as a backdrop. Don’t miss your chance to dance and sing along to headlining musicians Stevie Nicks, Chris Stapleton, Leon Bridges, and more!

Gay Ski Week Aspen | January 15 – 22, 2023
This year marks the 45th anniversary of Aspen Gay Ski Week, the largest and longest running annual gay ski week event in the country. The Aspen community and Aspen Skiing Company are proud to have welcomed the LGBTQ community into ours for the better part of half a century. This week-long festival serves up 7 nights of parties, concerts, comedy, films, symposiums and dinners. During the day, festival goers enjoy Aspen Snowmass’ four mountains of terrain, special lunches, receptions and, you guessed it, more parties. Venues include the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass, the Wheeler Opera House, and a variety of hotels and restaurants around town.

X-Games Aspen | January 27 – 29, 2023
The world’s premier winter action-sports event is more than just tricked-out freeride skiing runs and halfpipe throw-downs. X Games returns to Aspen, Colorado’s Buttermilk Mountain for the world’s best action sports, music and festival experience — on snow! All sport competitions are free and open to the public. X Games Aspen is FREE to attend and will have live coverage of the event on ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC. Fans can follow along @AspenSnowmass & @XGames across social channels for a behind-the-scenes look into X Games Aspen.
The Audi Power of Four Race Series | February 5, 2023
The Power Of Four Skimo race takes place in beautiful Aspen Colorado and is one of the leading ski-mountaineering races in the western hemisphere. This event is part of The Power of Four Race Series, a unique multi-sport event series that includes mountain bike and and trail run races during the summer: Aspen Snowmass 50 MTB; Power of Four Trail Run.
Competitors will climb and descend each of the four ski resorts in the towns of Aspen/Snowmass. This means they will ascend Snowmass, progress through the backcountry and traverse Buttermilk, and then to the bottom of Aspen Highlands. Then racers will ascend all the way to the famous Highlands bowl where they will make a stunning descent and then finally climb the backside of Aspen Mountain (Ajax).
The race has to be done in a partner (groups of two) and racers will have to stick together through the duration of the course. The course is a big one; there is a whopping 11,453′ feet of elevation game over the distance of 24.8 miles!!! Registration will open soon.

2023 Aspen Snowmass Freeskiing Open | TBA
The Aspen Snowmass Open is one of the last and longest running independent open competitions in the nation. It opens up the X Games Aspen Slopestyle and Superpipe and Big Air courses at Buttermilk to amateur and professional level athletes. Last year, the open drew around 200 competitors from six nations to test their skills.

Aspen Food and Wine Classic Festival | June 17 – 19, 2023
Kicking off summer in late June, this popular and crazy parade feels like something out of a movie. Live music, kids’ activities, food stands, a beer garden plus the arts-and-craft show all weekend long.

Jazz Aspen Snowmass | June 2023
An annual music experience in Aspen Colorado. Your June Experience Pass allows entrance to performances in all participating venues including: Belly Up, Wheeler Opera House, 39 Degrees at W Hotel, Limelight Hotel, Sterling Lounge, Here House and Felix Roasting Co. & Bad Harriet at the Hotel Jerome. VIP Passes also include dinner & shows rooftop at the Aspen Art Museum.
