  the Eben G. Fine Park\n\nGet Tickets\n\nTime-line of the morning festiv
 ities\n7:00am\n\nOur stilt walker parade will depart Central Park (Tubin
 g Exit). We highly recommend this option if you're driving to the event 
 as parking is very limited and congested near Eben G. Fine Park.\n\n7:15
  - 8am\n\nArrive @ Eben G. Fine Park\, check in at the stone shelter (al
 l you'll need is your name since you already registered)\, get your wris
 tband\, pump your tube if you haven’t already\, play some games\, catc
 h some flying neckties\, dance!\n\n8:05am\n\nOpening Speech\n\n8:15am\n\
 nRibbon is cut\, proceed through "the gauntlet\," to the official put-in
 \; hold up your wristband\, helmet on\, life jacket visible. We'll let a
  wave of tubers in the water\, quick break then another wave and so on.\
 n8:15am - We tube!\n8:45 - 9:45am\n\nHot coffee\, lite breakfast and DJ 
 dance party at Boulder Central Park\n\n9:45 -10am\n\nTube onwards from C
 entral Park or set off on foot to downtown offices.\n\n&nbsp\;\nBring Yo
 ur Own Tube\nParticipants bring their own inner tubes and helmets and tu
 be Boulder Creek from Eben G. Fine Park to their various places of emplo
 yment. Hot coffee\, lite breakfast and DJ dance party at Central Park.\n
 \n 	Minimum age is 18 years old.\n 	Waivers\, helmets\, life jacket and 
 closed-toed footwear = mandatory. Are bike helmets OK? Yup\, they sure a
 re.\n 	Additional suggested attire – Wetsuit (strongly recommended) be
 neath business attire\, all costuming welcome.\n 	Use of personal vehicl
 e in any TTWD is strongly discouraged. In the spirit of alternative tran
 sportation please leave your car at home.\n 	Tying tubes together = not 
 allowed. Sorry y’all\, no flotillas.\n 	Never tubed Boulder Creek? Itâ
 €™s the real deal. Don’t show up with a cheap inner tube from Target.
